Reporting an editor or export issue
Include your browser and operating system, the steps that led to the problem, and whether it appears in the source HTML, the editor preview, or the exported PPTX. An error message or a screenshot with sensitive details removed can help explain the issue.
First try the font, layout, and image troubleshooting guide. If an example is needed, use a small deck with fictional content that reproduces the problem.
Privacy requests
Email the same address and say that your request concerns privacy. Uploaded decks are processed locally in your browser; the website does not keep a server copy of those files. For browser storage and optional analytics, see the Privacy Policy.
