Terms of Use

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms describe the use of SlideBeaver's free tools for previewing, editing and exporting existing HTML presentation decks.

The service

SlideBeaver is the name of this website and its browser-based presentation tools.

For questions or privacy requests, contact contact@html-to-pptx.com. Please describe your request without attaching confidential presentation files.

No account or subscription is required for the current tools. SlideBeaver processes existing HTML presentations; it does not generate a new presentation with an AI model, import native PowerPoint files or provide cloud collaboration.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in your presentation content. You are responsible for having permission to use the files, images, fonts and other material you process. Using the tool does not grant us a license to publish or reuse your private deck.

Use the service lawfully. Do not use it to infringe others' rights, distribute harmful content or interfere with the website or its users.

Export and compatibility

PowerPoint exports are static slides. Supported text and shapes remain editable; some objects are exported as images. Complex CSS, fonts, media, scripts and animations may render differently or require a static replacement.

Check each exported slide, fonts and layout in your destination application before presenting or delivering the deck. Compatibility information is available in the PPTX Editability Guide.

Saving your work

We do not provide account-based cloud storage or a recoverable cloud copy of your deck. Save your HTML and PPTX before closing, refreshing or leaving the editor. External resources referenced by a deck may require a network connection.

Prompts, examples and third-party material

Prompts and examples are provided to help you create presentations. Ownership of the website, its branding, example material and any third-party resources remains with their respective owners. Third-party license requirements continue to apply.

Availability and responsibility

The tools are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service or exact reproduction of every possible HTML document. You are responsible for keeping source copies and checking output for your intended use.

These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy describes file processing, optional analytics and browser storage. We may update these terms as the service changes and will update the date above.

Privacy Settings

Usage analytics are on. They are enabled by default and can be turned off here. Editing and export remain available either way. Changing this setting applies to this browser.
